RESALE DISCLOSURE PACKAGES
Per Virginia State Law, a Resale Disclosure Package must be ordered anytime a Unit is being sold. This process ensures all of the documents pertaining to the Association are disclosed to the Buyer BEFORE the sale so they can make an informed decision.
PMA & Eagle Lake at Plantation North utilize CondoCerts to manage this process and ensure we are in full compliance with Virginia Law.
There is no cost to sign up or log onto the site. The only charges incurred are for obtaining specific information.
Please keep in mind if an escrow (sale) does not close, the charges paid for preparing and delivering the Resale Disclosure package are not refundable, however the resale package obtained is still valid for subsequent buyers for up to one year from date of issuance. You must order a Disclosure Package Update and a reinspection for all packages older than 90 days from date issued.
